What is the reflection of your life? — FaceGalvanic

When you are lost in your life and search for something to guide you, what do you see? When you reflect on your life, do you wonder if this is it? Do you feel that there must be more? Are you looking for something but can’t quite figure out what it is?

We all wonder about these things from time to time, but it’s hard to move forward when we keep looking back. Learn how to live in the moment while reflecting on the past and anticipating the future so that you can move forward with purpose instead of feeling lost.

Why reflect on the past?

Many people claim they don’t look back or live in the past. The future is where all potential lies, and we should not dwell on what has already occurred. While it can be dangerous to obsess over past experiences, it can also be equally harmful to completely ignore them.

So why reflect on our lives from time to time? Because reflection can help us make sense of our past decisions and actions-it allows us to understand how far we’ve come, where we want to go next, and how best to get there. The world has a way of changing quickly, and reflecting on your own evolution will make you better prepared for what’s ahead.

Reflecting on your day can be a great way to think about what’s working, what’s not, and how you can improve. The first thing to consider when reflecting is whether or not it’s worthwhile. Do you have time for it in your schedule? Is it something that will motivate you toward change or just end up causing stress and anxiety if you don’t do it properly (and even if you do)?

Reflection should never make things worse for you; only better. That said, if reflection isn’t productive then don’t worry about doing it at all. Reflecting doesn’t need to take a lot of time either-even just 10 minutes per day can produce useful results when done well!

Reflecting with photos

Sometimes, a picture really does tell a thousand words. That’s why sharing some spontaneous shots can be a great way to start a conversation. And while they say not to judge a book by its cover, you should do exactly that when it comes to dating sites — even if you’re going for something more serious. Pick one or two photos that show off who you are, and make sure they’re relatively recent and well-lit (natural light is best!). Your profile photo should be recent and represent who you are today — it doesn’t have to be taken by Annie Leibovitz.

Looking back and looking forward

Reflecting on our past, present and future help us keep track of who we are as a person and where we’re headed. In all aspects of our lives — career, love, finances — it’s important to evaluate how we’ve grown. Maybe you’ve moved to a new city or picked up an additional skill; maybe you’ve been in a long-term relationship for three years and you can’t wait to have kids with that special someone.

Wherever you are in your life, take some time to reflect upon what has happened (good or bad) and use that information to map out where you’d like to go next. Having clarity about who you are as a person will help make better decisions about where you want to be in five or 10 years from now.

Conclusion

The reflection of our lives can be seen in every way, but most importantly it’s seen in how we treat other people. We could make all sorts of excuses, but ultimately everyone is going to get old and die so let’s enjoy our short time here while we can. Now I’d like to ask you something: what are you doing today that you’ll look back on in 10 years and say I’m glad I did that? What will your reflection about your life look like? It’s up to you.
